HOW TO BOOK & PAY YOUR TRAVEL

Here are La Palma Natural Booking Terms and Conditions. You can use any webform on www.lapalmanatural.com to reserve your accommodation. There's a booking form in any accommodation, house, apartment page of our website. And you can always send us an email. Once you sent your booking form, you will receive an email with the details you filled in the booking form. We send then an email with the availability in 24/48 hours. Filling the booking form, you'll send us an email with your travel details and requests. We'll keep reserved your accommodation for 1 week. To confirm your reservation you have to pay the 20% of your bill on our bank account [*]. The deposit must be paid within 7 days from your booking request, otherwise we'll have to cancel your reservation. On customer request, the payment can also be made using your credit card through PayPal (additional cost around 3€). The remaining 80% will be paid directly to the owner at your arrival or by bank transfer 3 days prior to your arrival. La Palma Natural's bank account is: IBAN ES87 2100 7112 9402 0006 9905 BIC/SWIFT CAIXESBBXXX to Federica Ceiner, using your name as description of the payment. [*] WARNING: We need an advance of the 50% for all our Certified Rural Houses and Cottages: Rural House Celeste, El Colmenero, El Jaral, El Rincòn, La Herbilla, Federico, Emilia, La Podona, Los Cardones, Los Nascientes: Marcos, Los Nascientes: Cordero, Panchita, Sabina, Villa Asunciòn I e Villa Asunciòn II. The remaining 50% will be paid by bank transfer to the same bank account 7 days prior to your arrival. In case of cancellation we will keep a portion of the: 25% if cancellation is effected by more than 15 days before the arrival date; 50% from 15 to 7 days; 75% from 6 to 4 days; 100% if the cancellation is made less than 4 days in advance. Leaving before the end of your holiday does not give right to any refund. The unexpected arrival of more customers than those confirmed on the booking form entitles the owner to the refusal and, in any case, the request for an additional fee equal to the number of extra people. TIPS: We strongly suggest to agree an arrival plan (flight number and estimated time) with our booking service, to get phone, place and time of meeting with the accommodation owners. If you want to make some complementary activities and excursions do not hesitate to ask us any information to our contacts (phone, Skype, Whatsapp, email, facebook, twitter). At the end of your holiday you will be mailed a questionnaire on satisfaction about the service offered by La Palma Natural, please fill it and send it by email.
